Meteorologist Ava Marie says today will be sunny and hot today, but a little less humid with temperatures in the mid 90's. It will be hot through the weekend as temps will touch the upper 90's with only a stray thunderstorm possible both Saturday and Sunday.

The high humidity will return on Sunday, which will make it feel even hotter. Showers and thunderstorms are possible early next week as temps cool down some by Tuesday into the 80's. The temps will return to the normal low 90's by the middle of the week.
